Detarbul provides a return and refund process for eligible purchases.
Return Period
Eligible products may be submitted for a return request within:

Return Condition
Returned products should generally be in their original condition and should include the original packaging, accessories, components, manuals, and other included materials where applicable.
Products that have been materially damaged through misuse, improper handling, unauthorized modification, excessive wear, or circumstances unrelated to their original condition may not qualify for a standard return.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, incorrect, or materially defective, please contact us promptly.
You may be asked to provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs showing the product and packaging.
Return Review
After an authorized return is received, the product may be inspected before the return is approved.
We will notify you regarding the status of the request after review.
Refund Method
Approved refunds are generally returned to the:

Refund Processing Time
Once Detarbul submits an approved refund, the time required for the funds to appear depends on your bank, card issuer, payment processor, or other financial institution.
Detarbul does not control external financial institution posting times.
Order Cancellation
Cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible.
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation requests made before fulfillment begins.
Once an order has entered processing, packing, or transportation, cancellation cannot be guaranteed.
Order Changes
Requests to modify product selection, quantity, or shipping information should also be submitted as early as possible.
Changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment has begun.
